Completion of this application does not guarantee the use of library meeting spaces. Please allow up to one business day for approval. Please read the following and then click on Submit Request to submit your application. Rental Agreement Scheduling is done by application at the library or online and is recommended at least 4 weeks, but not more than 3 months, prior to the proposed meeting date. Any equipment needs or special requests must be requested at this time. Rental fees must be paid prior to room use or the reservation will be canceled. Room reservation cancellation is required no less than 24 hours prior to the event date. Failure to notify the library may prevent an organization from scheduling future meeting room reservations. Users who do not show within 20 minutes of their scheduled time may have their reservation canceled. The user groups must return the room to pre-meeting condition before leaving the building. No display materials may be taped or tacked to walls or moldings. Damages occurring to the room or the library as a result of the meeting will be charged to the sponsoring group through the person who signed the application. Rooms are to be entered and exited through the main library. Groups wishing to serve refreshments must provide their own utensils for serving and preparation. Smoking and alcoholic beverages are not permitted on library property. Meetings may not include press conferences, partisan political rallies, or purely social functions. The meetings must be open to the public, no admission fees may be charged, and their purpose may not be primarily for fundraising. The fact that a group is permitted to meet at the library does not, in any way, constitute an endorsement by the library of the group's policies or beliefs. Groups may list the library location but may not use our logo, tag us on social media, nor in other ways imply partnership/support of the room's use. I have read and agree to the terms of the Library Meeting Room Use Policy. I understand that the library reserves the right to cancel the use of a meeting room at any time for any reason.Name *Please type full name of responsible partySubmit Request
