Marshall’s Mini Museum of Fine Art Scavenger Hunt

This summer, Marshall is hosting a Mini Museum of Fine Art…but where is all the color? Search down each grayscale work of art in participating businesses to Color Our World. Earn special edition cards with unique artwork containing fun facts about artists, the colors around us, & more. Pick up a Mini Museum Guide at the library to start your personal collection. Locate all the artwork & receive an historic Marshall coloring book.

All ages are welcome to explore this Mini Museum. Artwork can be found at participating locations from June 11 – July 11.

Winter Reading Challenge

Take the Smokey Bear Reading Challenge in celebration of Smokey’s 80th birthday. Read 5 books during Happy Camp & get a Marshall District Library flashlight.

Throughout the Reading Challenge, special activity sheets will be available each week as well as monthly scavenger hunts within the library. The USDA Forest Service is collaborating with public library systems across the country to celebrate Smokey Bear’s 80th Birthday by providing a fun & easy way to engage all of us in learning about wildfire prevention, forests, & natural resource careers, while exploring their local environment.
