Ever wonder what it takes to bring a Hollywood movie to life? Get ready for an engaging journey through the fascinating world of filmmaking! Join Marshall native Scott T. Whitesell as he shares his passion for creating films right here in our community. Discover the intricate stages of movie-making, from the initial spark of an idea in scripting, through the crucial pre-production phase, the excitement of production, the meticulous work of post-production, & the details leading to the final release. Learn about the dedication & artistry involved in each step & hear Scott’s vision for making West Michigan a vibrant hub for cinematic storytelling.

Registration required & opens June 6.

Our teen programs are for those entering grades 6-12 in the coming school year. Please verify the participant’s age when registering. Our programs are free (& very popular)! We often have a waiting list; if you register but can no longer attend, please let us know! Please note: Watch your email for a response, noting confirmation or waitlist status, within 24-48 hours. If you do not have regular email access, you may contact our Help Desk for assistance with registration.
