Important Update from Marshall District Library
Marshall, Mich. – August 17, 2021 – Marshall District Library is preparing for the start of the school year with the rest of the community. This fall, library programming will be announced monthly to allow for flexibility and adaptability. Please visit the website event calendar for updates on September programs for all ages.
Due to the current recommendations from the Calhoun County Health Department, in-person programs inside the library are very limited and masks are recommended though not required. At this time, there is no after school programming planned for September. The library is not to be used as a pick up location for students nor as a social meeting spot. Acceptable reasons for visiting the library are to study, select books, or use a computer. Please be aware that youth wanting to use a library computer between 2:30-4:00 p.m., will be asked to present a valid library card or school photo ID. Computer use will be limited to 1/2 hour during this time.
Please anticipate socially distancing while waiting to enter the building as well as while using the public space. Curbside pick up services also continue.
