In this six week class, instructor Pat Wilson guides participants through basic Tai Chi movements & shares the many benefits to the practice of Tai Chi for health & well-being. Program attendees should wear comfortable clothes & shoes. Please be sure you can attend at least five sessions before registering; Adults 18+ only. Registration opens for ALL 6 classes on Feb. 24 for MDL cardholders & Feb. 27 for all others.
