Tai Chi Class

An event every week that begins at 6:30 pm on Monday, repeating until November 25, 2019
In this interactive six week class, instructor Pat Wilson guides participants through basic Tai Chi movements & shares the many benefits to the practice of Tai Chi for health & well-being. Program attendees should wear comfortable clothes & shoes. Please be sure you can attend at least five sessions before registering; ages 18+ only. Registration opens for ALL 6 classes on Oct. 7 for MDL cardholders & Oct. 10 for all others.
