An event every week that begins at 6:30 pm on Monday, repeating until April 25, 2022

Mindfulness Mondays are back by popular demand…& now they’re in-person for the first time! Monday is the first day of a brand new week, a fresh start, a time to reflect, an opportunity to tap into the power of your mind! Practicing mindfulness can help you reap the benefits of the present moment, allowing you to start the week with a reminder to be present no matter what the week throws at you. This four-week-series will be expanded to include some gentle stretching & beginner yoga poses led by Jessica McCrumb of Otterdance Yoga. Wear comfortable clothing & bring a water bottle. Some yoga mats will be available if you don’t have your own.

Registration required; registration for any week gives you access to all four. Ages 18+.
