Start the week off right by taking a moment to step away from the world & check in with yourself. Monday is the first day of a brand new week, a fresh start, a time to reflect, an opportunity to tap into the power of your mind! Practicing mindfulness can help you reap the benefits of the present moment, allowing you to start the week with a reminder to be present no matter what the week throws at you. Join Jessica McCrumb of Otterdance Yoga for a half hour of practice. Registration for any week gives you access to all four. Registration required; program hosted virtually via Zoom. Teens & Adults are welcome to register.
