Isle Royale: Wilderness Island

Author Loreen Niewenhuis will discuss how Isle Royale was formed and the unique geology that exists there. Then she’ll delve into the human history of the island, its transition into a National Park, and the longest-running predator/prey wildlife study that has been based on Isle Royale for nearly 60 years. Book signing will conclude the program. Books will be available for $15; cash, check or credit card accepted.
