March 23 @ 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

|Recurring Event (See all)

An event every week that begins at 6:30 pm on Wednesday, repeating until March 23, 2022

Let’s learn to play the ukulele…at the library! New to this instrument or curious about learning a new skill? MDL is here to help! Sessions will discuss the basics of ukulele including how to tune your instrument, strumming, & essential chords. We will build toward strumming & singing along to some popular & easy uke songs. Come play along with others in the community who share your interest in the ukulele & join in the spirit of aloha. Adults & youth (grades 5 & up) welcome; ukulele required.

Email stafforda@yourmdl.org to reserve one of the library’s ukuleles; availability limited. Please note space in this program is limited to 6 people. Registration required to attend; you do not have to attend all 3 sessions to participate.
