Intro to Qigong

Qi (life force energy) Gong (the study of) is a movement/meditation practice rooted in Chinese Medicine & the Martial Arts. It is a simple yet profound practice moving the body in ways that stimulate & balance the meridians (channels in which the live force moves), connect us with the life force around us & in nature. Practicing Qigong leaves us feeling more balanced & centered. If you have seen or practiced Tai Chi you will recognize many of the movements. Accessible to all ages & all abilities, instructor Kat VanHammen of Spacious Hearts Healing Arts in Fennville says, “one can feel the benefits even in a single class”. Registration required by Feb. 14; program hosted virtually via Zoom. Teens & Adults are invited to register.
