Escape to the Beauty of Belle Isle

Join the Marshall Area Garden Club to learn about the beautiful native plant gardens designed by Piet Oudolf on Belle Isle in the Detroit River. “For me, garden design isn’t just about plants, it is about emotion, atmosphere, a sense of contemplation. You try to move people with what you do. You look at this, & it goes deeper than what you see. It reminds you of something in the genes — nature, or the longing for nature.” -Oudolf Those interested in learning more about the club are invited to stay for a short business meeting to follow.
