An Introduction to Mindfulness & Breathwork

As Anne Lamott says, “Almost anything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes…even you.” Learn about the benefits of mindfulness, meditation, & breathwork in helping you manage stress & enjoy the moment. This program will be part information & part introduction to practices. If interested, follow up this learning session by attending the next four Mondays for a half hour practice with presenter Jessica McCrumb of Otterdance Yoga. Register for the 4-week-series separately. Registration required by Jan. 24 to attend; program hosted virtually via Zoom. Teens & Adults welcome.
